Sylwia Szczypta

Managing Director, Trainer

Sylwia is the founder and Managing Director of Ireland T&T Ltd. She has more than 13 years’ experience as a Health and Safety Professional. She is qualified trainer of Manual Handling, Abrasive Wheels, HACCP level 1 and 2, CPR, Fire safety, MEWP, Working at Heights Instructor as well as Driver CPC. Sylwia conducts Harness Inspection for our clients.

She is currently studying International Diploma in Health and Safety and Executive MBA.

She understands that the success of Ireland T&T Ltd is largely based on having the right players on her team, well managed and playing to the best of their ability.

Training Coordinator, Customer Service

Training coordinator with over 10 years’ experience in Health and Safety training and consultancy. Sylwia supports the organization with developing and updating customer service procedures and policies. She is also the first line of contact for new clients.
