Liaise with the Health and  Safety Authority (HSA);

Coordinate the construction stage with the design team, the PSDP, contractors, and other project stakeholders;

Prepare the Construction Stage Health and Safety Plan;

Ensure Risk Assessments are prepared in accordance with the HSA requirements;

Co-ordinate the implementation of temporary works;

Provide ongoing assistance to the construction teams;

Take account of the Safety Statement and other work activities taking place on-site;

Monitor health and safety on-site and ensure accidents are reported;

Ensure only persons with CSCS or Safe Pass cards are permitted on-site;

Keep a record of all persons  on-site;

Co-ordinate welfare facilities.
