Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the provision courses offered by Ireland T&T Ltd.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms: ‘We’ and or ‘Us’ means Ireland T&T Ltd. who will provide you with the courses your ordered. ‘You’ means the customer receiving the courses. ‘Enrol’ means the process of enrolling, booking or ordering a course and the term Enrolment shall be construed accordingly. If you order via the website this will involve you completing the relevant Order form on the website, giving us your personal information and submitting the details to us. You can also order by telephone giving us your payment details and agreeing to proceed with purchase.

2. Provision of Courses

Once you have ordered you will receive confirmation of your order and it will be delivered to you as per this confirmation. This confirmation is automatic for online bookings and usually within a few hours for all others. You can expect to receive your order within three hours during working days and on the next following working day if you book your course outside working hours or during the weekend.

Training provider reserves the right to cancel a training course. If the course is cancelled, training coordinator will make contact with you in order to rebook you into a future course. The rebooked (further) course will not be more that 20 days past the existing booking. If a fee has been paid for the original course booked, then that fee will apply to the rebooked course.

If the dates of the rebooked (further) course does not suit the clients the course fee will be fully refunded to the entity that paid the original course fee.

Safe Pass courses legally require a minimum attendance of 8. This’s SOLAS requirement. In the event of cancellation due to less than the minimum legal number of people showing up for a course on a day, we will not be held liable for any additional expenses incurred in attending the training course including but not limited to travel, mileage, accommodation, loss of earnings etc.

3. Course Fee

The course fee covers all charges including documentation, administration, certification and moderation.

4. Methods of Course Delivery

The courses are hold in a classroom and delivered by fully accredited tutors.
Due to insufficient numbers we may not be able to run the course at the dates booked, in this case learners will be moved to the next available dates.
Ireland T&T Ltd. reserves the right to change course dates and delivery times without any prior notification or agreement.

5. Special Course Requirements

When clients or their representatives submit their enrolment, application form they confirm that they can meet all the relevant “Special Requirements” as listed on each course. Once enrolment has been submitted, no refunds will be provided if clients fail to provide evidence of the “Special Requirements”.

6. Your Rights to Cancel

Cancellation/Refund conditions/arrangements.

Should you decide to cancel your application you may do so provided that you notify Ireland T&T Ltd. in writing within 5 days from the course start date. You are also required to return all materials to Ireland T&T Ltd and bear the cost of this return.

If you cancel your course in accordance with these terms, a refund will be made to you, using the same method as you made your original payment. No refunds will be provided if special requirements listed above are not met. All refund credits will take up to 30 days from date of written request and accepted refund.

There will be no refund for courses cancelled within 5 working days of course start date. All tuition fees are non-refundable once a course commences.

No fee will be returned to the client in the event that client does not attend on the day of training and has not notified Ireland T&T Ltd.

No fee will be returned to the client in the event that client doesn’t have a sufficient level of English language.

No fee will be returned to the client in the event that client is late. The course start 8am sharp.

Participants should be in the training venue at least 15 minutes before the notified course start time. Participants who are late for a course by more than 15 minutes will not be permitted on the course.

All course materials and exam fees (if applicable) are included in course fees. If participants are required to bring any further course materials they will be informed in advance of the course.

7. Quality

We will provide the courses in accordance to each course description as detailed on our website. Ireland T&T Ltd reserve the right to reformat any course material and website information at any time.

The Safe Pass card will be posted to attendees in the self-addressed envelope provided to Ireland T&T Ltd by the participant. Please note Ireland T&T Ltd are not responsible for the loss of safe pass cards in the post. Also Ireland T&T are not responsible if the address provided by the participant is not correct. Safe Pass card can be collected by person.

9. Payment

We accept the following method of payment:

  • credit card
  • PayPal
  • Electronic bank transfer
  • Cheque
  • Stripe
  • Cash on the day

We reserve the right to change the amounts charged and any such changes will be displayed on our website.

10. Complaints

In the event you are not satisfied with any aspect of your purchase please contact us in writing stating in what respects you are not satisfied and where you feel the content did not match the published contents as displayed on our website.

11. Our Obligations to You

The exclusions and limitations of liability contained in these Terms and Conditions do not apply to: Any loss or damage resulting from death or personal injury caused by our negligence; Loss or damage arising from fraudulent misrepresentation; or Any other losses which may not be excluded or limited by law. In the event of a Postal Dispute or other such events which are beyond our reasonable control we shall make every reasonable effort to get your course to you as soon as is practical.

In no event shall we be responsible to you for any loss of profits, loss of earnings, loss of anticipated savings, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill that you may suffer. Further, in no event shall we be liable to you for indirect or consequential losses that you might suffer. Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount of the course fee paid.

12. Your obligations to Us

In accordance with Copyright Law you are not permitted to reproduce or modify any part of a course, store it in a retrieval system or transmit it in any form by any means – electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the prior written permission of Ireland T&T Ltd.

13. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

When you enrol for a course with Ireland T&T Ltd whether it be by telephone, post or online it is a condition of all enrolments that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

14. General

These terms and governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Irish Law. Any dispute arising between us under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non – exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us in relation to the provision by us to you of a course and they replace and supersede any prior arrangements between us in relation to the publication.

You acknowledge that you are not relying on any statement made by us or any of our representatives with regard to the course other than those expressly set out in these Terms.

All text, graphics, user interfaces, visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork and computer code (collectively, “content”), including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, expression, “look and feel” and arrangement of such content, contained on the Site is owned, controlled or licensed by or to Ireland T&T Ltd. Except as expressly provided in these Terms of Use, no part of the Site and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, Web site or other medium for publication or distribution or for any commercial enterprise, without Ireland T&T Ltd express prior written consent.

You may use information on Ireland T&T Ltd website (such as course information) purposely made available by Ireland T&T Ltd, provided that you (1) not remove any proprietary notice language in all copies of such documents, (2) use such information only for your personal, noncommercial informational purpose and do not copy or post such information on any networked computer or broadcast it in any media, (3) make no modifications to any such information, and (4) not make any additional representations or warranties relating to such documents. You may not forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any message or transmittal you send to Ireland T&T Ltd on or through the Site or any service offered on or through the Site. You may not pretend that you are, or that you represent, someone else, or impersonate any other individual or entity.

You may not use the Site or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity, which infringes the rights of Ireland T&T Ltd or others.

Privacy Policy

Ireland T&T Ltd fully respects your right to privacy, and will not collect any personal information about you on this website without your clear permission. Any personal information which you volunteer to Ireland T&T Ltd via this website or on our secure server for processing orders will be treated with the highest standards of security and confidentiality, strictly in accordance with the Republic of Ireland`s Data Protection Act, 1988 & 2003.

You have the right of access to, and the right to correct any inaccuracies in personal information we may hold about you. By simply visiting our website you do not disclose, nor do we collect personal information about you. From time to time, we may collect website traffic details, and we use this data at an aggregate level in order to help us to improve our website. Where you do give us personal information (such as your name, email address, work address, phone number, fax number and/or other contact information), you consent to us storing your personal information for:

  • Processing a course booking that you have made through our websites.
  • Processing other requests from you such as information you are seeking about particular services we offer.
  • Sending you other communications about our company, its services and other relevant information, such as through opt-in email newsletters that you have agreed to receive, and which also give clear unsubscribe options.

Credit card details will not be stored by Ireland T&T Ltd.
